Invitation on WEP EFFECT 2020 – September
Through many years of activities in the project Water Agent, we have developed genuine collaborations with many utility companies. We get to know and supplement their educational programs for raising awareness of children and the local population. In addition to printed documents – brochures, leaflets, games, there is also a lot of animated and video material. Everyone wants to provide the best information and programs to educate and raise awareness of their users. The goal is, as a rule, rational use of drinking water and reasonable sewage treatment.
In order to make these materials accessible and visible beyond the scope of their business, we have decided to organize the WEP EFFECT 2020 – International Festival of Educational Programs on Water Conservation. The International Festival – WEP EFFECT 2020 is scheduled as part of our activities at the European Sustainable Development Week https://www.esdw.eu/ from September 25th to 26th 2020 at the Rogaška Slatina Cultural center.
Applicants can be utility companies or public water and waste management companies. Contribution to the festival can be printed material (flyer, brochure, workbook) or audio-video material (feature film, animated film, music video), and ppt presentation. In terms of content, they need to be geared towards education and information on the importance of drinking water protection, rational consumption, wastewater treatment, cooking oil collection, etc. We invite you to present programs and materials on activities in 2018 and 2019. New ideas are also welcome.
The authors of the best-presented programs presented will be awarded prizes. Instructions will be sent to anyone interested in the scope and format of the entries and the festival schedule. You can find more information at https://vodnaagencija.org/effect-2020/
