With the rapid growth of the population, the availability of drinking water is decreasing, while pollution is on the rise. The Festival WATER 2025 aims to promote creativity centered around the theme of water. The goal is to use artistic expressions (music, literature, visual arts) to highlight the importance of water as a vital natural resource.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CATEGORIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participants may apply to one or more categories:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Music:<\/strong> A performance based on the theme of water (Water is Freedom).<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18984\" src=\"https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ZBORCEK-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"151\" \/><\/li>\n<li><strong>Literature:<\/strong> Poems, essays, or short stories on the theme of water.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18990\" src=\"https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-za-plakat-300x129.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"118\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-za-plakat-300x129.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-za-plakat-80x34.jpg 80w, https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-za-plakat.jpg 416w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 275px) 100vw, 275px\" \/><\/li>\n<li><strong>Artistic creation:<\/strong> Drawings, paintings, or other art pieces focused on water.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18996\" src=\"https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/4.-za-plakat.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"277\" height=\"120\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/4.-za-plakat.jpg 187w, https:\/\/vodnaagencija.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/4.-za-plakat-80x35.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 277px) 100vw, 277px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The festival is open to educational institutions, individuals, and groups.<\/li>\n<li>Participants under the age of 18 must submit parental or guardian consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Application Form:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>All participants must complete an application form available on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Submission of Works:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>All entries must be submitted in digital form <strong>by March 10, 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Evaluation criteria:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Creativity, technical execution, originality, and alignment with the theme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEMBERS OF THE EXPERT EVALUATION GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lado Leskovar \u2013 chanson singer, performer, actor<\/li>\n<li>PhD. Jo\u017ee Lipnik \u2013 linguist<\/li>\n<li>Erna Ferjani\u010d \u2013 painter<\/li>\n<li>Prof. Ana \u010cetkovi\u010d Vodovnik \u2013 educator and psychologist<\/li>\n<li>Anita Skale \u2013 principal of VIZ I. Primary School, Roga\u0161ka Slatina<\/li>\n<li>Mag.
