One such opportunity is the VODA Festival 2026 in Roga\u0161ka Slatina, on March 20, 2026. Through art and creativity, it will guide us toward a deeper reflection on water as one of the most important natural resources for life.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s festival received 150 creative submissions, of which 137 came from Slovenia and 13 from the international environment. Participants come from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Estonia, Germany, and Turkey, giving the festival a distinctly international dimension.<\/p>\n<p>The largest number of submissions came from primary schools (94), followed by kindergartens (24) and secondary vocational schools and grammar schools (12). Social care institutions, educational centers, and other organizations are also involved in the project, demonstrating broad interest in the theme of water and its importance for life.<\/p>\n<p>Participants approached the theme in various creative ways. Among the submitted works, visual artworks dominate (91), followed by literary works (35), video content (7), and musical works (6). Through drawing, painting, words, music, and video, young creators expressed their views on water as a precious natural resource.<\/p>\n<p>The VODA Festival encourages creativity while also opening space for reflection on a responsible relationship with water and the environment. The project connects kindergartens, schools, institutions, and individuals who, through art, highlight the importance of preserving water for future generations.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of the project will take place on March 20, 2026, in Roga\u0161ka Slatina, where selected works of the participants will be presented, awards will be given, and a program dedicated to water and its importance will be held.
