With rapid population growth and rising pollution, the responsible management of water resources is becoming ever more important. Through the festival, we aimed to highlight the invaluable role of water.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"862\">As part of the festival, we encouraged children, young people, and other creators to express their relationship with water through art.
